After Inspection Before Closing Checklist
Seller
1. Provide mortgage company and phone number along with mortgage account number for payout information
2. Property should be vacant and broom clean
3. Keep utilities active until the day of closing
4. Bring all keys to closing
5. Proceeds are usually available the day after closing
6. Notify the insurance company 2 days after closing to cancel hazard insurance
7. Bring smoke certificate to closing
