How to Purchase a New Home
1). Obtain a mortgage Pre-Approval letter from a lender.
2). Choose a Real-Estate Agent
3). Have your realtor do a search of the areas you are interested in and a type of house that fits your needs.
4). Have your realtor present your offer. Your offer can be Accepted, Rejected, or counter offered.
5). Once a price is agreed upon- You then sign a Purchase & Sales Agreement.
6). You now have 10 days to get your home inspected, and make any requests.
7). The seller has 7 days to answer your requests.
8). The mortgage lender will now send out an appraiser
9). You now purchase home-owners insurance for your new home.
11). Make arrangements for all utilities to be turned on by your closing date.
12). Close on the property- You now have the keys to your new home! Enjoy
