After Inspection Before Closing Checklist
Buyer
1. Buyer to obtain hazard insurance and fax binder to closing attorney
2. Call utility companies at least 4 day prior to closing is scheduled and arrange for transfer (If new account you may have to establish and pay a deposit)
3. Determine if there is a trash pick-up or if a dump permit is needed
4. Call closing attorney 24-48 hours prior to closing to determine if there is additional money due
5. Checks should be cashiers or certified
6. Bring personal check and license to closing for adjustments
7. Make certain that all request for repairs are complete
8. Complete change of address forms
