Louanne graduated from the University of Texas. She moved to Rhode Island in 1973 and loved its charm. Louanne started selling real estate in 1994. Louanne is now the principal broker for Bay View Realty Co.

Ronni Edmonds is a native Rhode Islander but has lived all over the country. In the 1990's she moved back to RI from New Jersey after earning a bachelors degree in communications from William Paterson University. In 2004, Ronni began her career as a real estate agent with Keller Williams but is now excited and proud to be part of the Bay View Realty Team!

Bob Candon began his real estate career in 1985 and became a licensed broker in 1988. Born in Cranston, he grew up in Edgewood and atttended college in Vermont. After graduation, he lived in Manhattan for 4 years where he was involved in the arts and made a living through various sales jobs. He returned to Rhode Island, he says, because it's easier to get to the beach and it's not so noisy. Over the years, Bob's been involved in many different areas of the real estate business. He's sold residential and commercial property throughout the state and, for a time, owned his own firm. Since 1977, he's also been involved in the mortgage business. This added expertise often saves clients, and Bob, much time and aggravation! He lives with his daughter and twin sons in Cranston and still likes the challenge of helping all kinds of people satisfy their real estate needs.
